About Me

Hi! I'm Whitney Heins and the creator this site and community. I’m a mom of two, a lifelong runner and certified running coach who ran a 1:20 half marathon and 2:54 marathon at the age of 41. I started this site after I couldn't find the information I needed to train for my first marathon postpartum.
