Tips for Running in the Cold

Layer & shed a layer a couple miles in.

Change out of sweaty clothes immediately & take a hot shower.

Wear wool socks & use hand warmers.

Refuel with warm soup.

Be sure to take time to warm up.

Run with friends.

Put vaseline on your face to prevent chaffing.

Be sure to wear a hat & protect your hands & face.
